Forder pieces. Welded steel structures

Ingots, casting and ferrous metal products are starting materials for forging.

To obtain forgings, ingots used are: of structural high-quality steels 20,35,45 according to GOST 1050-88; 40HN, 40HN2MA, 30HN3A, 20H2N4A, 34HN. OZMM founding Production is a large modern foundry with a 30 000 tons of shaped castings capacity a year and with a crane equipment with the hoisting capacity to 80 tons.

3MA, 30HGSA according to GOST 4543-71; alloy steels 5HNM, 6HV2S according to GOST 5950-73 etc. Similar steels are used for forging made of bar.

At customer's request, forging supplied show guaranteed mechanical properties on being subjected to heat treatment. The quality of heat treatment is insured by modern heating and heat treatment furnaces.

The shop is intended for manufacturing metallic structures, their articles and parts made of the following materials:

  • bar
  • sheet
  • cast parts made of carbon and high-carbon steel.

To obtain blanks, there are shears, presses, thermal cutting machines, bending machines in the shop. The equipment of the shop enables:

  • shell bending with minimum internal diameter 195 mm from 10 mm thick sheet, as well as with minimum internal diameter 960 mm from 40 mm thick sheet in cold state;
  • blanks in form of angle-iron, channel of to 3000 mm length, bent on sheet bending machine.

Metallic structures are connected together by:

  • manual open arc welding;
  • semi-automatic welding in carbonic-acid media;
  • semi-automatic welding using self-protected powder-metallurgy wire.

Strengthening of the surface layer of the parts is achieved by manual and semi-automatic electric-arc surface welding. Weld quality is determined by the ultrasonic control.

Maximum dimensions of metallic structures are: 4000 x 4000 x 17000 mm, mass to 40 t (slinging by two cranes).
